17:00 What a day..! We've been so busy we haven't had time to stop and blog. Now we're making good progress back to Lea Valley for tea and games, so here's what we've done..

  A fly past by the RAF in a chinook when at the top of London Eye was impressive, but it was made even better when they waved to us and we could see them stood in the open back of the helicopter!

The traffic is slowing down as we near central London. We're looking for interesting things to do...

 "Kill the King!" said Alexander as Macbeth's wife. 

The witches- gnarled and twisted- gave amazing performances....

....and a tour of the amazing Globe theatre..engaging, inspiring and as freezing as ever... 

 The stage is set for Twelfth Night...

After stopping for lunch at the Tate Modern... here's what one pupil had to say about the unusual art on display...also known as 'Empty Lot' by Abraham Cruzvillegas.

And onto The London Eye. Along the way we passed the ITV studios and Gloria Hunniford had a special message for everyone back home...

On the way back, we're thinking of the day's events and remembering a great time. And we noticed there's a space on the back seat where Mrs Goodwin should be sitting....wish you were here Mrs Goodwin!
